Jack Grealish has warned that ’s hunger for success is driving towards more glory.

The four-in-a-row champions continue their quest for a second triumph in three seasons against Sparta Prague on Wednesday. They are also eyeing a fifth successive domestic crown. And said: “I think part of it (winning) comes from the manager. The manager feeds that into us.

“It also comes from us as players. When you win as much as we do, it is all you want to keep doing. That feeling of lifting trophies never goes away and winning stuff with each other.

“It is one of the best feelings in football when you win trophies with your team-mates after a long and hard season. It is something that doesn’t go away and hopefully we can do it again this year.

“We always have confidence in ourselves. But as it comes to the end of the season, the most important part, that is when we always come to life and certainly every season I have been here that seems to have happened.

“I think the way he (Guardiola) sees football is different to everyone else. It is something you can’t buy, it is something that is worth years of experience and he sees football completely different to the way anyone does. It’s so unique and so good. He is a brilliant manager and a pleasure to play for.”

While Grealish has been full of praise for his manager, the same can certainly be said the other way. Guardiola hailed the man's performances in pre-season.

Who will win the Premier League title?

The winger has made nine appearances since then has notched two assists. Speaking in August, Guardiola said: "What I’ve seen so far here, one week in the pre-season on tour, I loved it. I don’t care how he performs, it’s every session his commitment and his trying, against he made five or six shots, he was aggressive with the ball, that’s all, after that, his quality will do the rest.

"I know he’ll be a father soon and we’re so happy for that. All I ask of the players is that - you like to play football, yes, so play. Hopefully, he can sustain it until the end of the season and like the rest compete with everyone for one place in the starting XI, that depends on him. What I see in behaviours, in training and how you’re performing, as well as you do the more chance you have."
