Netflix and WhatsApp have come out with the “fantastic” Kimi Antonelli documentary , which tells the story of how he received the news of his selection for Mercedes via a WhatsApp call. The 40-minute docudrama is now streaming on Netflix. Formula 1 fans have already given their verdict on the documentary, directed by Kyle Thrash. Some called it an “emotional rollercoaster,” while others described it as “an amazing success story .”

He is currently in sixth position in the Driver Standings with 48 points — one spot ahead of seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.
