Bollywood couple, Arpita Khan and her husband Aayush Sharma have been making headlines lately, particularly due to their recent real estate move. Reportedly, the duo has just sold their renowned party residence in Bandra for a whopping Rs 22 crore.

This 1,750-square-foot apartment was located on the 12th floor of the Flying Carpet skyscraper, which was developed by Satguru Developers. The apartment boasted four designated parking spots.As per Pinkvilla, on February 4, 2024, Arpita officially registered the Khar property, paying a stamp duty of Rs 40 lakh. Their former residence was also strategically located near the prestigious Bombay Gymkhana, where rental prices range from Rs 1.75 lakh to Rs 2 lakh monthly.For the unversed, Arpita and Aayush have been married since 2014 and share two adorable children: son Ahil, born in 2016, and daughter Ayat, born in 2019. Their family life is a source of joy for the couple, often showcased on social media, where they share glimpses of their life together.
