EastEnders villain Max Murray isn't the only famous face in his glamorous family. The actor was introduced to BBC viewers as incel Joel Marshall earlier this year as Vicki Fowler's troubled stepson. But away from the cameras, he's the real son of a former EastEnders star.
Max is the son of Gina Murray, who has starred in several well-known programs including The Bill, Doctors, and The Hunt for Raoul Moat. But loyal EastEnders fans will rexongise her most for her role in she programme back in 2014 when she played a character called Helen.

Helen arrived in Albert Square as a hair specialist to help Carol Jackson, who was struggling with hair loss as she battled cancer. It was Helen's job to help Carol find a wig.
But Max is also linked to Mazz Murray who is also a successful TV and theatre actress. Back in 2004, Mazz starred as a waitress called Miranda who had a row with Heather Trott and Shirley Carter.
When it comes to treading the boards, Mazz had starred in Sunset Boulevard, Mamma Mia, and Chicago, to name a few. Julie played a divorced woman who hired Keanu Taylor as a male escort for a night full of fun and frolics.
Joel Marshall is Vicki Fowler's stepson, who returned to Albert Square in dramatic fashion for the funeral of her uncle Martin Fowler. Her new boyfriend Russ is played by Alex Walkinshaw.
When Max's new role was announced, he told The Mirror: "It's an absolute privilege and honour to be joining such a wonderful production full of a lovely cast and crew.
"I'm really looking forward to introducing Joel to EastEnders viewers and telling his story," he gushed. Executive Producer Chris Clenshaw added: "We're delighted to have the very talented Alice, Alex, and Max with us.
"Vicki is back under the most tragic of circumstances, representing her distraught mum Michelle, and she's charged a lot since we last saw her.
"We're excited to let viewers get reacquainted with Vicki and introduced Ross and Joel to the Square. It won't be long before Vicki and this new branch of the Fowler family are making waves in Walford."
