Snooker scores LIVE: Ronnie O'Sullivan and John Higgins updates as top stars crash out

A week of Crucible action is in the books and we have another blockbuster day of snooker in store for us. Saturday kicks off with the culmination of John Higgins' tense tie with Xiao Guodong. The pair begin the day level at 8-8 with a place in the quarter-finals at stake.

Their match, alongside an all-Chinese affair between Lei Peifan and Zhao Xintong, is followed by Ronnie O'Sullivan's second match of the campaign against Pang Junxu. The Rocket powered past Ali Carter in his return to snooker and has seen his side of the draw open up following Mark Selby's surprise exit.

In addition to those clashes, Mark Williams, Hossein Vafaei, Luca Brecel, Ding Junhui, Si Jiahui and Ben Woollaston are all in action on another incredible day in Sheffield.
