Lions boss Andy Farrell has tweaked his side as the tourists aim for a clean sweep down under and a 3-0 series win over the Wallabies in Sydney on Saturday.
Farrell has brought in Scotland wing Blair Kinghorn, a replacement in last weekend's 29-26 win in Melbourne, for James Lowe. And in the pack, Ireland lock James Ryan is rewarded for his impact off the bench last week with a starting berth ahead of Ollie Chessum who is relegated to the substitutes.
Elsewhere on the bench Farrell retains son Owen and scrum-half Alex Mitchell in a 6-2 split with England back row brought in from outside the 23.
Ireland prop Tadhg Furlong will make his ninth straight Test start for the Lions, over three tours, equalling Alun Wyn Jones and Dickie Jeeps but a way behind Willie John McBride who is on 15.
Farrell has stuck with Finn Russell and Jamison Gibson-Park at half-back, kept Huw Jones and Bundee Aki partnership in midfield and kept Tommy Freeman on the wing.
The head coach and his staff have been saying all week they would not be giving out consolation caps and has kept his word.
Farrell said: "We have put ourselves in a great position to finish this tour with one of our best performances. Last weekend's Test was an incredible spectacle and illustrated what Lions tours mean to both the players and the supporters.
"We are expecting another epic battle against a Wallaby side that showed quality last weekend."
Australia boss Joe Schmidt has made a host of changes bringing in heavyweight prop Taniela Tupou for his first action of the series with Allan Alaalatoa injured.
Exeter-bound flanker Tom Hooper also starts with Rob Valetini sidelined and Dylan Pietsch is brought in on the wing.
