- Women often think that dark colored blood or clots in their period blood are a sign of some problem. But, this is not the case. This can happen due to increased toxins in the body or imbalance of vata and kapha.
- This is not always a sign of any danger. However, if this is happening to you often and you are also experiencing severe pain during these days, then make changes in your diet and lifestyle and consult a doctor.
- Women often consider period pain to be normal and think that it cannot be cured. But, according to Ayurveda, it can be reduced through proper diet and lifestyle.
- Include herbs like Dashamul and Ashoka in your diet and follow a healthy lifestyle.
- These days, if you take painkillers every month due to pain, then it is not right. This only stops the pain for some time but the cause remains the same. Taking painkillers for a long time can also affect liver health .
