Emma Raducanu left her fans completely puzzled with a bizarre update to her social media profile. The tennis ace posted a string of mysterious emojis to her Instagram bio, leaving her 2.9million followers utterly bewildered.
Raducanu, 22, is currently experiencing one of her finest seasons since her stunning US Open triumph in 2021. The British star has climbed to No.32 in the world rankings - her loftiest position since 2022.
Following her round of 32 appearance at the China Open, Raducanu recently touched down for the 2025 Wuhan Open. As she arrived in Central China, supporters spotted a peculiar alteration to her Instagram bio.

She posted an image featuring a woman surfing, a pig's snout, some roller skates, an ice cream, a boxing glove, a light bulb, a watermelon, an alien, a fairy and a wooden paint palette - all of which now seem to have been deleted.
One supporter commented: "Everything except tennis" - highlighting the absence of a tennis ball, net or racquet amongst the collection of emojis.
Another remarked: "Her and her insta bio marathon," whilst referencing the numerous emojis on her page. Raducanu arrived for the Wuhan Open following her agonising defeat to Jessica Pegula at the China Open.
She held a match point against the American during the second set tie-break, having claimed the opening set 6-3. Nevertheless, Pegula secured the tie-break 11-9 before dominating the decisive third set 6-0.
It marked her latest tussle with an incredibly formidable opponent this year. Raducanu made it to the semi-finals of the Cincinnati Open where she faced off against World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka in a thrilling three-hour match that left fans on the edge of their seats.
Sabalenka clinched the first set 7-6 (7-3), but Raducanu retaliated, winning the second set 6-4. In a nail-biting deciding set, Raducanu was pushed to deuce 13 times in one crucial service game.
Despite saving four break points, she served out the match leading to another tie break.
However, Sabalenka continued her winning streak, securing her 18th consecutive tie-break and advancing to the next round.
Depending on their performance in the early rounds, Raducanu could face off against the Belarusian once again in the Wuhan Open.
