Lucas Vazquez has warned Arsenal that Real Madrid are capable of pulling off the impossible. The Galacticos were thumped 3-0 at the Emirates on Tuesday night following a remarkable second-half collapse but the experienced Spaniard, who has won five titles with Los Blancos, claims the Bernabeu gives Carlo Ancelotti's side every reason to believe.
He said: “It's difficult, but if there's any team in the that can turn this situation around, it's us in front of our home fans at our ground. We'll see a different game on Wednesday and if we all stick together, we'll come through it."

The issue for 15-time European champions is that the one-sided beatdown in north London had been coming. Upon return from the international break they scraped past Leganes, winning 3-2 in , before shipping four goals to Real Sociedad on home soil in the Copa del Rey semi-finals.
They needed a 115th-minute equaliser from defender Antonio Rudiger to squeeze through on aggregate [5-4] before they were beaten 2-1 by Valencia deep into stoppage time last weekend at the Bernabeu. Even Ancelotti has conceded the chances of his side progressing against are "quite low."
There have been 47 instances that a team has taken a three-goal lead into the second leg of a Champions League knockout tie. The history books certainly bode well for Arsenal as there have only been four occasions where the trailing side has managed to overturn that deficit.
Deportivo La Coruna first achieved the feat in 2004 when they trailed AC Milan 4-1 at San Siro before winning 4-1 in the return fixture in Spain. Then executed the comeback of all comebacks when they beat 6-1 in 2017 after being thumped 4-0 at the Parc des Princes - the only time a four-goal deficit has been overturned.
Barca, however, have suffered two almighty capitulations themselves though, first losing 3-0 to Roma in 2018 following a 4-1 win at Camp Nou before beat them 4-0 at Anfield on that famous night on Merseyside in 2019. Vazquez makes no secret of the fact Arsenal were worthy of their victory, adding: "We didn't play well.
"Arsenal performed brilliantly, created a lot of chances and pressed very well and we just didn't manage to find our game. We had the odd move in the opposition half but we weren't able to keep possession for long periods and peg them back in their half, that's what made the difference.
“We're not used to losing two games on the bounce. All we can do is keep working hard, believe in ourselves more than ever, and this team deserves to have everyone's trust. We'll give it everything we've got to turn the tie around."
Real Madrid travel to Alaves in La Liga today as they bid to regain some much-needed confidence. But amid the jeopardy they also have to win to keep their title aspirations alive meaning there is little chance of Ancelotti resting key stars.
