viewers were left gobsmacked when a guest on the show broke down in tears before making a shocking U-turn. Host, Jasmine Harman, had taken the hopeful house hunters to Italy where they were looking to snap up a property in the resplendent region of Lucca, Tuscany, for £130,000.
Married couple textile designer Natasha and bathroom designer Tim, from Gloucestershire, had high hopes when the search started and were blown away when they were shown a home for a veritable steal at £103,000. Starting to cry, standing outside the property, Natasha, told Jasmine she'd cracked it, gushing: "I'm in shock!" Somewhat alarmed, Jasmine asked: "Tell me what's going on Natasha?!" Natasha replied: "Just the architecture, where it is. You've blown my mind."

However, things took a turn when the couple went into the apartment, leaving viewers at home stunned. Despite falling in love with the one-bedroom property, the couple ultimately decided it wasn't for them, with Natasha admitting they preferred another place Jasmine had shown them.
After entering the apartment Natasha said she was struggling to "get a feel for the space", while Tim, who initially declared: "Sold!" when he was shown the outside of the property, took issue with the small windows, which couldn't be changed since the building was listed.
Sighing, he said: "With deep regrets, it is not a contender". Meanwhile Natasha stoically admitted that she "really wanted it to work," before admitting that she saw more potential in the first property they viewed.
That first floor apartment had two bedrooms, a terrace, large bathroom and a utility room, over a modern, open-plan design.
After the viewing Natasha and Tim both agreed the property was "in with a chance" of becoming their dream home, with Natasha being "pleasantly surprised".
However, in another U-turn the couple conceded it was too close to the road, despite it being £7,000 under budget at £123,000, which is around half the price of properties located within the walls of Lucca - according to Jasmine.
In the end, it was the the fifth and final property, which seemed to be the strongest contender for the couple. Nestled in Nozzano Castello, the three-bedroom property was priced under £138,000. It boasted a large terrace perfect for al fresco cooking and a large interior, leaving Natasha and Tim pleased.
Natasha said: "We both love it and on the same page, it has knocked the first one off radar." Tim later announced that Jasmine had "nailed it" in a promising update.
Unfortunately, in the third and final U-turn of the episode, the pair rejected the property - and every other one Jasmine had shown them - because "the pros and cons list had more cons".
Explaining their reasons for turning down the apartments, Tim, who has MS, expressed concerns about the stairs, admitting he doesn't know what may happen as the condition progresses in the future.
However, the couple insisted that they would return to look for more properties in Tuscany in the near future.
