Mercii, co-founded by Arpita Khan Sharma & Richboyz Hospitality, now offers a menu by Chef Beena Norohna that blends Japanese-Peruvian precision with European touches. Dishes to watch are scallop tiradito, brie & pear salad, smoked duck croquettes, vibrant sushi rolls, rose-shaped truffle ravioli, amaranth cannelloni, and theatrical tableside Cabbage au Flambé. For dessert there is kunafa-wrapped cheesecake, vegan chocolate mousse, rice pudding with pandan etc.

6. RD Burman Night at Baroke – Every Thursday
Every Thursday, Baroke hosts a dedicated listening session celebrating the music of R.D. Burman, played exclusively on original vinyl. Known as India’s most experimental and genre-defining composer, Pancham’s soundtracks come alive in Baroke’s vinyl-only setting, offering music as it was originally recorded, authentic, analogue, and uninterrupted.
