Yogasana For Kids: Nowadays, children prefer to spend time on mobile and tablet instead of running in the field or playing sports with friends. 1. Sirsasana

According to Baba Ramdev, this yogasana is very beneficial in sharpening the brain of children. To do this, teach the child to stand on his head with the support of the wall. Initially, do it for a few seconds and gradually increase the time. While teaching the child to balance, stay close so that he feels safe. Doing this yoga improves blood circulation in the brain, which improves concentration and thinking ability. This yoga also increases self-confidence in children.

2. Sarvangasana

This yogasana is considered good for the spine and neck of children. To do this, make the children lie on their backs. Then slowly raise their legs and support the waist with their hands. In the beginning, you can use the wall or any other support. This yoga makes the body flexible as well as keeps the digestion fine. It's regular practice can also help in increasing the height of children.

3. Chakrasana
This yogasana strengthens the muscles of the body. Make the child lie on his back and then ask him to lift his body by placing his hands on the ground near his head. In the beginning, definitely give support to the child. This yogasana increases both confidence and energy in children. It also improves the posture of the body, which makes it better for children to sit and walk.
