Indigo receives bomb threats for multiple flights; airline says 'taking all necessary precautions'

Indigo on Sunday issued a press statement confirming that several of the airline's flights received bomb threats.

In their statement, Indigo confirmed they are aware of specific situations involving flights 6E 112 from Goa to Ahmedabad, 6E 133 from Pune to Jodhpur, and 6E 58 from Jeddah to Mumbai.

"We are cognisant of a situation involving flight 6E 112 operating from Goa to Ahmedabad," read the airline's press statement.

They informed that they were aware of "a situation involving flight 6E 133 operating from Pune to Jodhpur" as well.

The statement continued, "We are cognisant of a situation involving flight 6E 58 operating from Jeddah to Mumbai. The safety and security of our passengers and crew is our highest priority, and we are working closely with the relevant authorities and taking all necessary precautions as per the guidelines."

Indigo reiterated its commitment to passenger safety and its collaboration with authorities to address these threats.
