In this direction, now the fees for competitive examinations conducted by all the commissions - Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC), Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC), Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission, and Central Constable Selection Council have been made uniform.

Earlier, where candidates had to pay different fees for the examinations of different commissions, now this burden will be reduced to a great extent. The Chief Minister said that the objective of the government is to give the youth an opportunity to move ahead in competition by freeing them from financial constraints.
