BPSC 71st Prelims 2025 Guidelines: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the details of the exam center through the BPSC 71st Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination. Candidates can visit the official website of the commission bpsc.bihar.gov.in, to get information about the exam center. The examination will be conducted on September 13 at various centers fixed across the state. Let us know what important rules will be issued by the commission for the candidates appearing in the examination.
Only the candidates who are successful in the preliminary examination will appear in the main examination, and the candidates who pass the mains will appear in the interview process. The commission has made detailed information about the exam center code and name available on the dashboard of the candidates from today. The full name and address of the examination center allotted to the candidate will be displayed on the downloaded e-admit card.
BPSC 71st Prelims 2025: What is the exam time?
BPSC 71st Prelims Exam will be conducted in a single shift from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. Entry into the examination center will start at 9:30 am, and under no circumstances will any candidate be allowed entry after 11:00 am.
All candidates must reach the center at least one hour before the scheduled exam time. The commission has directed that the candidates should reach by 11:00 am, as after that the gates will be closed. A total of 4,70,528 candidates are expected to appear for the exam at 912 centers located in 37 districts.
BPSC 71st Prelims 2025 Guidelines: These rules have to be followed
A filled declaration form available on the BPSC website should be affixed with a recent color photograph attested by a gazetted officer at the prescribed place. The candidate will also have to sign in both Hindi and English.
A colour passport-size photograph attested by a gazetted officer must be pasted on an e-admit card.
One must go to the centre with a valid photo identity card like an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or driving license as mentioned in the online application.
Candidates will be allowed to appear in the exam only after verification of these documents by the centre superintendent.
Carrying any electronic device, such as mobile etc. is prohibited.
