Georgia Harrison reveals how long Celeb SAS interrogations really last - and it's a wonder anyone survives

"It was one of the best moments of my life," recent winner exclusively revealed. Despite our surprise at her response, the 29 year old did share some behind-the-scenes secrets,. She disclosed: "I've been a fan of the show for years and thought 'surely it's not as bad as you see on screen' but it couldn't be any more real. It's actually harder. For instance, the interrogations last 24 hours – but for TV, they're condensed into a 20-minute edit.

"But it was the cold that I struggled with most. I despise being cold and, at times, we were shivering for 20 hours. That breaks your morale. But on the flipside, when you hear stories of being on the frontline from the instructors, you feel inspired to become a better version of yourself," reports .

Georgia Harrison, known for her appearances on and , has opened up about the tough challenges she faced on a reality show, revealing it taught her valuable lessons about her own mental resilience. She shared: "I learnt how mentally strong I can be. It was such an emotional experience. I had to constantly overcome thoughts of wanting to quit, so it tested my mental strength and willpower. Watching back, I see how resilient I am. Now I feel like I can handle most situations that come at me in life. It really strips you of your ego, especially being interrogated."

In 2020, Georgia became embroiled in a revenge porn scandal when her ex, Celebrity star Stephen Bear, was convicted for secretly filming them during an intimate moment and sharing the footage online. He received a 21-month prison sentence last March but was released early this January.

Georgia courageously chose to waive her right to anonymity and documented her journey in the impactful documentary, Revenge Porn: Georgia Vs Bear. She also discussed the harrowing experience on the show, stating: "It was a hard thing to talk about in such a close environment to three very manly men. But it's something I've lived through and spoken about in the past. It's shaped the last few years of my life, so it was a good place to not only open up about it, but also put it to bed a little."
